Tactical Fabrication builds two kinds of methanol recovery systems. Batch type and continuous,
The batch type system will do one- 600 gallon batch at a time. The MRU will remove the methanol from both the glycerin and bio diesel at the same time. The recovered methanol is completely reusable. This unit can be either total electric or use hot water.
The continuous system can do from one gallon per minute to twenty gallons per minute. It will also do both the glycerin and the bio diesel at the same time. The recovered methanol is completely reusable. This unit can also be total electric or steam powered.
